You need to find the folder with the game, for this, right-click on the game --> "Properties"

After "Local Files" or "Installed Files" --> "Browse"

Right-click on the application "Game.exe" --> "Properties"

Find "Compatibility" and click on "Run in 640 x 480 screen resolution"
