Swaps Reikland to aldorf faction colours and shield heraldry

You should totally make it so that Altdorf has unique buildings chains that give it these units instead of reikland being reskined

@rome2 | Forgot to mention, but it's the Black Vampires mod that is causing the issue. The mod creator has every faction table in their mod, and so any other mod that takes priority as a recolour (this one for example) will cause the entire Black Vampire mod to fail to load regardless of what faction you changed. I left a note on their page as well. But this is a common issue I've encountered when doing recolours.

@rome2 | I downloaded this mod and opened it in packfile, and it looks like it doesn't touch any tables except the Empire factions. However because it includes every Empire faction table, it could potentially conflict with recolours of any of the other Empire provinces in other mods.
