Update - ctf_trainyard_v3

-Added a HUGE house at Mid, and a functioning train! (due to some issues, the train currently can't destory buildings on the railway, therefore I set the railway area "func_nobuild".)
-Updated the respawn room, creating a new way to 2nd floor, which Snipers could snipe in.
-Added some breakable glasses. Basically, excluding the respawn room windows, every piece of glass is breakable.
-Optimized the map to increase the frame rate.

This is a simple but funny ctf map, including a huge baseroom, many barriels and buildings. Routes of this map could be quite flexible——from upper to lower, depends on you! According to tested matches by far, this map is a fast-paced ctf map, so I thinks it works well for a pub server's warm-up.
