Descripción

Replaces the owl idle noises with Sniper's voice lines from the Halloween Update where he turned into an Owl!

There's secret voice lines that the owl occasionally says by rare chance, so I replaced two of them with these lines:
"God, I'm good at being an owl!"
"I love having an owl head!"

and of course...
"Hoot! HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT!!!!!!!!"

Yeah nvm I sort of realized late that that hoot indeed came from sniper lol, forgot to come back here and mention that
