VTOL - Vertical Takeoff and Landing, it is Realy stable now despite it having Plane Behavior instead of Hover

The Old wisewidow was REALY Flat, and i went thro and added Thrust Vectoring and optimized the CJES Generator so it gives as mutch engine power as the Craft Needs
