Step 1 Navigate to your Hotshot Racing install location and its "Movie" sub-folder eg:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hotshot Racing\data\Movie

Step 2 Delete or rename the following files:

logo_summit.mp4

logo_sumo.mp4

Step 3 Navigate to the "UI" sub-folder eg:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hotshot Racing\data\UI

Step 4 Delete or rename the following files:

bootlogos.cpu.sp2

bootlogos.gpu.sp2

As simple as it gets.
