IOM Hydrogen Thrusters Tiered

Description
Tiered hydrogen thrusters.
All uses regular hydrogen use.

Level1 - 3 x hydrogen thruster force, 3 x hydrogen thruster components.
Level2 - 7 x hydrogen thruster force, 7 x hydrogen thruster components.
Level3 - 10 x hydrogen thruster force, 10 x hydrogen thruster components.

Changed stop force (slowdownfactor) from 1 to 3.

Let me know if i should change the colors of the burners.

Hello, is it possible to change the colour to green or red to differentiate them from the normal ones?
