Control Military Access

Here's a little mod to stop your good neighbors and allies giving military access to your nemesis

- Only allow war leaders to ask for military access during a war
- Disallow vassal and march from asking military access
- Country cannot be asked to give military access if their ally is in war against the proposer (except if the proposer is also an ally or has 100 opinion of proposer)
- Country cannot be asked to give military access if their neighbor (with friendly attitude or 100 relationship) is in war against the proposer (except if the proposer is also an ally or has 100 opinion of proposer)
The setting can be configured!

Not ironman compatible
Not compatible with mods that modify "Ask for Military Access" diplomatic action

Made in version 1.35.3
