Where is the Utilities?

The Utilities button can be found by holding down the Q key and looking to the right side of the floated panel

User Settings

It is worth saying that the User settings are responsible only for what you see, it will not affect the game of the other players from the word at all.
Basically, these are interface settings, everything you choose here will simply either show or not show a certain effect.

Clean up

The most useful thing is that you need basically cleaning for the entire map, but you can also clean up a lot of other objects separately

Physics Gun settings

The display of the glow when lifting the physical affect the contour of the prop, highlighting it
The display of the rays of the physical cannon speaks for itself, turning it off you will not see the beam
Display of freezing effects,affect the effect when pressing the PCM while holding the prop
Displaying the effects of defrosting, the same as freezing, only vice versa

Sandbox Setting

The interface is HP, cartridges, changing the object in the hands of the mouse wheel.
Information about the tools, these are tooltips when you select a function to use.
Instrument effects, this is a pancake that appears when you press the left mouse button with a toolgun
Tooltips of the world, these are the hints that pop up when using the tool
The creation effect is the dry creation of an object immediately,without animation, as if it appears over time only very quickly
Rings of effects, affect the same pancakes when spawning items
The display of cameras,affect the visibility of cameras
Displaying pushers,affect pushers

Undo

A function that allows you to delete everything that you have set, with one click of the LMB on the line you need, from priests to tools

Admin Settings

Clean up

Everything is the same, just cleaning everything, not just your props

Physics Gun settings

Maximum beam range,beam length adjustment
The maximum speed of the object, the lower the more difficult it is to raise the throughput
The maximum turning speed, the lower the harder it is to turn.

Sandbox Settings

Giving weapons when reborn gives us most of the arsenal from HL2
Invulnerability, speaks for itself
Damage between players is like invulnerability only you can still take damage from other things
Allow flight mode, enables noclip
Changing NPC bones, allows you to change NPC bones
Changing the players' bonus, allows you to change the players' bones
Changing the bones of everything, allows you to change the bones of everything
The sliders are no longer so important, since these are the settings that are available before you start the game

Sliders

Gravity, affects the jump
Ground friction, works like ice
The speed of physics, changes the speed of physics
Flight speed, changes the flight speed
Maximum Ammo, setting your maximum ammo for all your weapons

Server Settings

It is useless to expel for clinical errors
Allow client scripts, apparently creating sites in gmod...?
Stick to the ground, without it you can slide down slopes and jump like in hl2 speedrun
Lifting items is the basic function of the game
Realistic fall damage, deals you more height damage when falling.
Enable the functionality of the HEV suit, when activated, you get an additional suit interface
