Radar Warning Receiver mod

Adds an RWR to the aircraft HUD.

It picks up signals from carrier, land, and AWACS radars if they are within range. If you are very close you will also detect CIWS fire-control radars locking on to you.

The display will show the following

C = Carrier Radar
E2 = AWACS
S = Sufrace (Golfball) Radar
A = CIWS (ship or turret)

Hostile radars are red, friendly are green.

Each radar is detectable at different ranges from your aircraft. If a radar is offline or damaged it will not register
