I use Shenhe, a Geinsh Impact character to replace Rochelle Voice. Target voice is chinese.

Voice is made by vits-uma-genshin-honkai, which can be accessed in HuggingFace: https://huggingface.co/spaces/zomehwh/vits-uma-genshin-honkai.
