NOTICE [READ THIS!!!!!!]
THE SPAWN ICONS ARE MESSED UP BECAUSE I SCREWED UP CONVERTING THE PNGS INTO VTFS!!!! (it was 2 am and was tired) I AM GOING TO FIX IT LATER, ALSO THEY DONT SPAWN WITH WEAPONS SOMETIMES WHEN SET TO DEFAULT WEAPON
Entropy : Zero 2 - NPC pack
This includes a few game npcs ported into Garry's Mod.
They are re-skins of Rebels and Combine Soldiers. Can be used for posing or whatever. If you use this in an addon, please add me as a collaborator to the addon or put 'zonked' or something, just so I'd get some credit. Thanks.

It's not entirely a major problem as you can make them spawn with a certain weapon, then if you want loads to have it you can use the duplicator, so probably not for a while.
