How to swap models

Step 1 - Enable Procedural Bones
Enable Procedural Bones on the model you want to remove in the future

Right Mouse Button > on the Merc > Utilities > Bake Procedural Bones
Right Mouse Button (again) > on the Merc > Utilities > Enable Procedural Bones


Step 2 - Do the exact same things that you do to a hat
Spawn model


Drag original model to the new one


Do zero-ing to the very right
Step 3 - Remove or Hide the original model

the better way to do this would be to copy samples, that way you dont have to worry about any SFM jank from locking 2 character models together

Sounds like someone hasn't discovered root_transform, no worries, no shame, I was the same way awhile ago, simply select root_transform anytime you want to move an entire model elsewhere.
