Imperial Cityscape II - Achievement Compatible

Description
A simple mod that replaces the vanilla Necroid cities and leader room with the ones from Ixfiyrahe's deliciously evil 'Imperial Cityscape II' mod, making it compatible with Ironman/Steam achievements.

All credits go to Ixfiyrahe, for creating the Imperial Cityscape series of mods, and Nozeminer, whose 'Vampire Beast Portraits' mod assets were used to create it - I'm just some ****ing guy with 2nd rate copy-pasting skills and zero creativity.

Can you create a copy of the original? I need/want it for a certain Lithoid empire and don't want my Necroid cities being replaced. Please? UwU

@Agent 9 That is an excellent question. If I were to make a guess, I think it may have something to do with user inactivity and not agreeing with updated Steam terms. My understanding is that If the term are not agreed to in a timely manner, the user's workshop content is hidden until they are.

Keep in mind that this is speculation - I do not know for certain.
