I had this problem before but it was fixed by changing "Antialiasing mode" graphics settings to "2x MSAA" or above

This will avoid broken alpha/transparent textures not being rendered correctly

it's happen to me too,but i'lready fixed for me,by upgrading more RAM(i have 6gb ram before and now 12), i think u should up more RAM for fixed this prob i guess... lol
