New Beginning with an Eruption of Terrafire
Dysterra is not an everlasting world. Once the game starts, the remaining time until the Terrafire eruption slowly decreases.

Terrafire finally erupts 14 days after the game starts and survivors can either accelerate or slow down the time remaining until the eruption through skills that are acquired from conquering Facilities.

However, to prevent the Terrafire eruption from occurring too fast or exceeding excessively, the world's lifespan will not go lower than the Terrafire eruption minimum, nor will it go higher than the maximum.
(The minimum and maximum Terrafire eruptions will decrease over time after the server opens)
Real-life based: Base World lifespan = 14 days, Terrafire eruption minimum: 10 days / maximum: 28 days
→ In-game time based: Base World lifespan = 336 days, Terrafire eruption minimum: 240 days / maximum: 672 days

In the end, if survivors fail to prevent Terrafire eruption, a giant pillar of fire from the Earth's mantle ends up destroying everything and the world confronts the end.

How To Use Escape Rocket
  • In order to escape from the Terrafire eruption, you must board on a Escape Rocket to ORBIS.
  • Consuming Escape Rocket Boarding Code makes bio-metrical authentication on the machine arm and remains on the machine arm even after your death.
  • To board on an Escape Rocket, Escape Rocket Boarding Code is required, and it can be purchased from Terrasite Exchange Transmitter, but its quantity is limited to two per player.
  • In the case of a PVP server, combat may occur both inside and outside of the launch base. So, be aware.
  • If you log out while you are on board in Escape Rocket, it will fundamentally be judged as an escape.
But, please note that if you die of hunger while logging out, it may be treated as an Escape failure.
