It may seem hard, but as long as you follow the manual, it won't be!

Engine data screen

Cold Start Procedure: (1) "Main Battery" ON (TOP CONSOLE) (2) "Avionics Key" ON (TOP CONSOLE) (3) Change your MFD channel to the engine data screen (CENTER CONSOLE) (4) "APU Master" + "APU Fuel Pumps" ON (TOP CONSOLE) (5) "Engine 1 Fuel Pumps" + "Engine 2 Fuel Pumpss" ON (TOP CONSOLE) (6) "Engine 1 Master" + "Engine 2 Master" ON (BOTTOM CONSOLE) (7) "Engine 1 Hydraulics" + "Engine 2 Hydraulics" ON (TOP CONSOLE) (8) Turn towards the engine data screen and wait until "E1R" and "E2R" stabilize and synchronize (9) Toggle appropriate lighting arrangements (TOP CONSOLE) (10) "Control Surface Hydraulics" ON (TOP CONSOLE) (11) "Release Wheel Brakes" ON (BOTTOM CONSOLE) (12a) Throttle up to '.20' and allow the engine to spool up and taxi (BOTTOM CONSOLE) (12b) Gun the throttle and avoid the lengthy taxi spool (BOTTOM CONSOLE) (13) Pull up gently (14) "Retract Landing Gear" ON once you reach ~100 meters of altitude (CENTER CONSOLE) --FINISH--

Landing

This is the safest way to land the aircraft, however, it is not the only way.

L-Screen/Landing Screen

Landing Procedure: (1) Lower throttle to '.25' (BOTTOM CONSOLE) (2) "Retract Landing Gear" OFF (CENTER CONSOLE) (3) Change MFD channel to the L-Screen/Landing Screen (4) Set throttle to '0' over the runway at about thirty-forty meters above (4) "Flair" your aircraft, allowing the tail to fall first, check your L-Screen to avoid a tail-strike (5) On touching the ground: "Toe Brakes" ON (HOLD SPACEBAR) (6) "Release Wheel Brakes" OFF (CENTER CONSOLE) (7) "Toe Brakes" OFF (RELEASE SPACEBAR)

Loading Passengers (1) Sit in the Pilot's seat (2) Use the command ?pcap 38 (3) If you're at the passenger drop-off/loading, use ?pload [DESTINATION]
