In terms of sound balancing, when you say "compared to most other voices", do you mean the voicepack is too loud in comparison to other available voices, or that the voice lines themselves are inconsistently loud/quiet? (or both?)

Also, apologies about the out-of-place-ness. When it comes to sampling voice lines, it can be especially hard to find lines that don't have background music or noise. I'm often left in a dilemma of either not having enough lines, or choosing to include lines that are only vaguely relevant. Generally, I choose the latter, and it usually means that my voicepacks aren't exactly immersive or serious, per se.

Many lines seem pretty loud compared to most other voices, and tbh out of place. E.g. what the heck is the line about demolishing a chicken nugget and what does it have to do with xcom??

All the resources for making voicemods can be found on the xcom 2 modding subreddit/discord, though I will admit it can be a bit overwhelming at first.

I'm currently away from home atm, but once I get back I might be able to help you out with some links.
