White Boxes Fix WINDOWS 11!

I figured out why the fix didn't work for Windows 11. You need to click on the .exe file first THEN right click it and select properties! Windows 11 is so picky with how you select your files apparently. The video I've provided shows the difference.

Unfortunately I don't have an answer for it. It never crashed for me after doing the fix so I have no idea how to solve that issue.

@Techmaster7032 - the quality is fine if we click the YouTube link and watch it there.
For anyone else reading this; the checkmarks are "Disable fullscreen optimizations" and "Run as administrator".
