We lost a number of fuel supply vessels during the plasma attacks. Reserves are now dangerously low. So we're launching a high-risk operation for the sake of the fleet. M.I. has raided abandoned strongholds deep in bug country so as to draw off their fuel stores. This is going to be hit and run at the last stronghold under our control. It won't take long for the bugs to see the lights are on and the Federation has come home. i want my best man down there. We must hold the perimeter long enough for ships to drop in, load fuel from the tower, and get clear.
