RTS rover template, as simple as possible

Theory of operation: Use gyros for steering, and have wheels switch rapidly between 0% and 100% friction.

The best way to change speed is to do so at the wheel (using speed limit).

This is "stupid" and won't stop once it reaches its destination although you could possibly do that with an event controller, but the idea here was to do something simple and easy to build upon.
