Scrooge McDuck's iconic Money Bin from (the original) Duck Tales.

Not included: three cubic acres of cash.

The actual volume of money that can reasonably fit in this is more like 38x30x50 = 57 000 cubic meters, equivalent to around 23 olympic swimming pools. A liter of coins is worth something like $1000, so if it was filled with coins that would be 57 billion (57 000 000 000) dollars. The richest people in the world today (Elon Musk, Jeff Besos, Bill Gates etc) are actually richer than this; they own more like 200 billion dollars, so for example mr Musk would need four of these bins - but then he would have to sell twitter again first.

It's a unique building (template: the gherkin)

Footprint is 5 x 6 tiles. The model has ~1800 tris (lod 148) and textures (d, s, i) are 256x256 (lod 64x64). No normal map since I imagine the building to be completely smooth, made out of some extremely strong blast-proof material.

One thing that bugged me is that the colors look great in the asset editor, but then somewhat washed out in my game. Weird, since the game generally is very saturated.
