Baltica 9 as Gascan

Replaces standard fuel canisters (gas, gascan, gas can, gasoline) with a barrel of beer Baltica 9 (or Baltika 9).
The mod swaps the models of gas canisters and propane tanks, so the propane tank will have a vanilla canister model. To change the model of a propane tank, you can install any other mod that replaces the model of a gas canister.
