there's only so much you can do when dealing with such technical constraints.
you can keep throwing in bunch of stuff to it to try to improve it but it'll be nowhere near on par with 44100hz quality. the jump from 22050hz to 44100hz is half, that's half of data loss, which is kind of a big deal.
as written in the desc, the mp5 firing sound happens to have sampling rate of 22050hz which is horrible compared to most of the other sounds which are 44100hz
