How did we get here?
Find a click on the hidden grey levers in these levels:
43
46
49
52
55

Once that's done, an entrance will open on 55 (lower right)
Then finally play through all the bonus levels

It might be for a number of reasons:
Resolution
Framerate
Graphics Quality

When playing through this game, my setup was:
1920*1080, 120hz, High Graphics

Known levels with timing issues and their solutions:
Level 43 (3440*1440, 100hz, High Graphics) Switched to Low Graphics
