Type regedit into the search bar and open it
It should look like this if you've never opened regedit before

you want to navigate to HKEY CURRENT USER, then SOFTWARE, then Secret Exit Ltd. then turbo dismount
Scroll down to the cumulative.vehicleDisintegrations section


You will see all the vehicles, with 2 different options to click on, You want to click on the ones with the blue icons, as this will show you how many 'disintergrations' you have.


Completed ones will have a 1 (or more) in the box, INCOMPLETE ones will have a 0
I don't recommend actually editing these files, as it could bug out your achievements.
Simply go back into the game and retry destroying those cars and it should pop relatively quickly.

Extra note, sometimes completed ones will have a letter next to them. I'm not sure why, but for me these were ones I had already destroyed, so it shouldn't be a problem

This saved me such a headache. I was constantly going through them all, but some of them just never seemed destroyed, so finding this really helped me find the problems. Weird, the Delivery Van, the VERY FIRST vehicle ever made for the game, was one of the ones I was missing! No idea how, I'm guessing it was maybe a tailpipe or something. Once I got it down to the minecart (seriously, if you don't have this achievement, it's likely that bloody vehicle because all three parts need destroying but you can only focus on the front, not the carts), I just kept spamming it till it worked.

I strongly advise using a Workshop map to get these, like "Get Eaten!" or the tree destruction map. It is cheaty, sure, but the achievement is a ball buster so screw it, cheat.

some are hard to demolish enough to get it but some i think are just hidden

Hey, some of the vehicle descriptions are kinda hard to understand what specific vehicle they are talking about.
