[ArcCW] Half Life 2 Pack: OICW mag Fix

Basically, in the HL2 ArcCW pack, the OICW's magazine was, for some reason, at an angle. It looked pretty bad, so I decided to have a go at fixing it.

To apply, unsubscribe from the HL2 pack, subscribe to this, then subscribe to the HL2 pack again. Or go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\4000\3008821459 in your file explorer and use gmad to extract it to your Gmod addons folder. Either way works.
