I watched the credits all night to get this final achievement while the game crashed over and over again, so I decided to make this guide for everyone who might be in the same situation as me in the future. Because I know how frustrate you are right now and how hard to find useful information from the discussion pile.
If you are facing the problem of game crashes after finishing Framed 1 right before the credits show up or you finished watching all the credits but the achievement is still unlocked, then this guide is for you.

为了获得最后的这一个成就，我在游戏时不时崩溃的情况下看了一晚上的演职员表，所以我决定为将来可能和我遇到同样情况的人制作这份指南。因为我知道你们现在有多崩溃，也知道要从成堆的讨论里找到有用的信息有多难。
如果你在完成《Framed 1》后在出现演职员表之前就遇到游戏崩溃的问题，或者你已经看完了所有演职员表，但成就仍未解锁，那么本指南就是为你准备的。

Find FRAMED in your steam library → right click → Browse Local Files → bin → find the game exe file → right click → properties → compatibility → run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows XP

Then start the game and play the last scene of FRAMED 1 again. Wait until the credits finished itself (the game won't crash this time after the title shows up), if you also finished watching the credits of FRAMED 2, the Standing Ovation should be triggered.

I put this one in the front because this is how I eventually solved this problem and got the achievement.

然后开始游戏，再次游玩FRAMED 1的最后一幕。等到演职员表自己结束（游戏这次在标题出现后不会崩溃），如果你也看完了 FRAMED 2 的演职员表，应该会触发起立鼓掌成就。

Find FRAMED in your steam library → right click → Browse Local Files → bin → find the game exe file → right click → run as administrator

Then play the last several scenes of both two games and watch credits for several times, the achievement should be unlocked.

Sadly this didn't work for me, it halfly solved the crashing problem for FRAMED 1 (for me still 5/10 the game will crash before the credits show up), and even I managed to finish watching both credits for many times, the Standing Ovation achievement is still unlocked. But it seems other people are using this solution to get this achievement, so if the previous solution doesn't work for you, try this one.

Find FRAMED in your steam library → right click → Properties → Under the General tab, you'll find a checkbox for Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game, disable it

This should solve the crashing problem. Then just play the last scene again and wait until the credits end.

Change the in-game settings from full screen mode to windowed mode, and change the resolution to the smallest.

Restart the game and the problem should be fixed. Just simply play the last scene again and wait until the credits end.

Sadly this also doesn't work for me. But other people said this could solve their problems, so if all the previous ones doesn't fix your problem, try this one.

将游戏设置从全屏模式改为窗口模式，并将分辨率改为最小。

重新启动游戏，问题应该就会解决。只需再次游玩最后一个场景并等待演职员表结束即可。
