why does the "clean" skin for the model still have massive stains almost everywhere

how does someone make that big of an oversight but still manage to make multiple skins to make him even filthier

to everyone who can't move the shades, the bone name is: "Snout_Jiggle_int.001"
It's in between "bip_lowerlid_R" and "L_Elbow_Jiggle_int"
