This guide will show you the location of each cat (and bird). Each cat is numbered with the number in the achievement list. Cat 74 and 44 are not part of the achievement list.
Also how to get the speedrun achievement.

Speedrun

For the speedrun achievement, I'd suggest going in a down/up scanning motion starting from top left going down to bottom left then up though the middle and ending from top right to bottom right.

It took me 3 attempts before learning the cats that I'd miss, so it's not too hard to get
also have the speedrun timer enabled in the settings

The 5 Birds

The birds are also shown in red, there are 5 birds in total.
