Locating the engine.ini file
1. Look for Double Dragon Neon in your game list. Right click & click on properties.

2. Click on "Local files" & then "Browse local files..."

3. Open the data folder.

4. Find the engine.ini file & open it with your favorite text editor. I recommend using Notepad++ since it'll make your life easier with text files.
Editing the engine.ini file
5. From there you can change the video settings from that file
To enable windows with borders, change windowOption from 0 to 1. Save it when your done with it

6. Go back to explorer, right click on engine.ini & then click on "Properties"

7. Tick on Read-only so that Double Dragon Neon doesn't change it back to default settings. You will need to untick it if you need to change video settings.

I don't think there's a way around dat since this is pretty weak port of Double Dragon Neon. There's other games out there where using DSR while been conected to 2 different monitor would crash for me.

Personally, I have my secondary screen disabled so I don't run into a game not displaying on primary screen.

This doesn't seem to work for me. I have 2 monitors, and the only way I can get the game to load at a resolution higher than 1920x1080, is to disable my secondary screen, otherwise the game just crashes as soon as I try to start. I want to play it at 3820x2160 on my primary screen, but there is no way I can do so without disabling my other screen, which is really annoying :\
