Installation:
Once the file is downloaded, go to the following path and paste the two files, in case it doesn't work for you, delete the folders "Configs", "Logs", "ViceCity" and any other files or folders you have and just leave the "PROFILES" folder:

D:\User\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA Vice City Definitive Edition\Profiles\4BCE6AFB

ATTENTION!:
Make a back-up of your original files, and then when you finish unlocking the achievement, put your original files back.
