Ah, no figured it out. Hold left, hold action button, press right. And then the opposite.

I'm stuck after getting captured right at the end. I can see you've broken your bonds, and at one try I managed to break the one on the right of the screen, but never the left. And after reloading I now can't break either. What is the technique?
