Deskripsi
Join a team of scouts on a mission to eliminate a partisant cell using a groundbreaking type of firearm known as... assault rifle.
Join a group of scouts sent on an anti-partisan mission armed with the first real operational assault rifle.

This mission takes the form of my typical Infantry Assault™. Hostile forces will occupy several sectors and your task is to eliminate these forces.

To add variety, the enemies will have up to four half-track vehicles, which you'll have to destroy using AT grenades or hand-held launchers using shaped charges.

Optional Tank Version
In a single-player, there is an option to switch from infantry to a Panzer III J crew (to show this little vehicle some love as I doubt this short barreled Panzer will have many other uses. :>). If you choose to play the mission this way, the partisans will also get access to the 57mm AT guns to level the playing field.

Current Spearhead Performance
The current state of performance for Spearhead 1944 (or specifically it's map) doesn't seem to be the best... I tried my best to make the mission as smooth as possible but as they say it is what it is. Looks like some drops in FPS are unavoidable at the moment.

Procedural generation is used in the mission to make it fresh and interesting on every playthrough.

Enemy equipment, their respawn positions, half-track positions, and AT gun positions as well as weather and time of day are randomized.


COOP mode is available for up to 12 players.

Takes somewhere between 20 - 25 minutes to complete the mission.

Very good mission, I felt a real atmosphere of combat in the second world war. Congratulations! Please do more missions like this.

Love this mission. Well done. I would love to see how you make these as a reference. Trying to make my own missions and being somewhat new I am struggling with figuring out how some things work and what not.

thnx this was fun, enemies garrisoned in the houses would for some reason not move like they had their path and move disabled...not sure if that was the intention

Top mission. Very creative, I have a beast of a gaming PC but when things get hectic on the Spearhead missions sometimes my PC slows considerably
