Most of the early money should be spent on buying each food item to permanently gain stats.
When injured, cheap food items (heals <40% stamina) can be consumed freely while saving the more expensive ones for emergencies.

The inventory space is limited and determined by the current character's level.
Half of those slots must contain high-value food that can heal at least 40% stamina.

Note: The Ocean Heights and Sanwakai Tower bosses needs a full inventory of quality healing.

Merv Burgers are located to the right of the mall entrance.
Merv Double Burger is the most cost-effective healing item for the entire game!
It heals 60% stamina with 2.5% stamina healing per dollar spent.

Other non-food items that provide 100% stamina healing are Noize Figure and video games.
They are to be used once only and never to be bought again since it is too expensive.

The Legal Drugs store is located to the far right of the Bus Stop (City Streets).
The medkit is the most versatile healing item that heals without the slow penalty.
It heals 60% stamina with 2.1% stamina healing per dollar spent.

Note: None of their items provide any permanent stat boost!

The Lucky Penne is located on the left side of the fish market.
The lasagna is the only food item that provides the largest healing at 75% stamina!
It heals 75% stamina with 1.5% stamina healing per dollar spent.

The health bar should constantly be monitored to avoid dying (<4 stamina bars).

Most money is lost through careless deaths that slow progress and development.

The last word of advice is to not be afraid to go back and earn more money to have a full inventory of healing items!
