Well I have both nationalities but my parents were both greeks. :p
Still didn't quite got it since I'm only doing vacations in greece every couple of years- ^_^

The name is actually a double reference...
Hebe - is the goddess of youth or of the prime of life.
Petros PANayoutis - is a pun on Peter Pan.
Both making fun of how old he is basically.
