Hello hello,
since I really like completing achievements in the games I play and haven't found an english guide for this game that helps you with all the collectables, I thought I'd just share where I found everything.
Have fun with it. I hope I can help one or the other in some places. Suggestions for improvement are welcome in the comments. Thanks

Mystery Animals
To get the achievements for the Mystery Animals, you will need to photograph them. So you have to get pretty close.
Unfortunately, I can't say for sure if the animals always always spawn in the same place. Bigfoot spawned for me every time on the right side of the map. I also can't tell if the player needs a certain amount of progress before the animals (or a part of them) spawn.
Also note that the animals are not afraid (or not as afraid) of you when you are on the horse. The same goes for Mystery Animals. As soon as you dismount, they will run away or attack, but you have a chance to get very close without them fleeing. This does not work every time!

Cabin in the Woods - Mystery Animal 1
Map: Cabin in the Woods
Name: Monkey
Notes: The monkey roams back and forth in the area between the bamboo house, well, and red truck. You can get quite close to him, but he will run away if you get too close. At some point he disappeared into a tree when I scared him off too many times. Up there I couldn't see him anymore. When he wanders, he walks on the ground. So it makes sense to keep your eyes on the surroundings and not look up into the trees. Where I am on the map, I have found the monkey. The monkey can also be found throughout the day. It must have been about 3pm when I saw him.

Location:

Indiana Country -Mystery Animal 2
Map: Indiana Country
Name: Alien
Notes: It all went very quickly for me and also directly on the first day when I tried it. Throughout the day you see the UFO flying over the field again and again. The first time I saw it was 12pm. It's really hard to miss it as it flies over the field over and over again. However that doesn't mean the alien is really spawning that day. If you don't see the UFO at all during the day, then that means the alien won't spawn either. So the UFO is a requirement, but not a guarantee.
Using the tips, I placed myself at the edge of the field and waited for night to fall. As you can see on the map, I stand exactly to the right of the tractor on the field. Where the orange arrow is, the alien, if it is spawned, should enter the field. It is very skittish and as soon as it spawns and discovers the player, it runs into the middle of the field and is collected by the UFO in a beam.
I don't know if I misunderstood other players' info, but in my case the alien spawned right behind me, ran through me and onto the field. That's why the picture of him is from behind. So it came from where the red arrow is on the map. However, that gave me enough time to photograph it before the UFO could collect it. It was on day 41 and the weather was sunny-cloudy.

Location:

Rocky Mountains - Mystery Animal 3
Map: Rocky Mountains
Name: Bigfoot
Notes: The chance of Bigfoot spawning seems to be quite high. About 50-60% of the time when I've been on Rocky Mountains, he's been there. He walks most of the time when you stay away. If you get too close (watch out, it happens very fast), he runs away. If you stand very close to him, then he may strike. You may well hear him before you see him, as he shouts often and extremely loudly. I had it one time that I guess he spawned on the other side of the map (left of the road on the far left edge of the map). He did not move there, but was stuck. Also, it happened once that he had already run away, but came back after some time. However, I would not expect this to happen.

Location:

Northern Lake - Mystery Animal 4
Map: Northern Lake
Name: Ghost
Notes: In the area marked on the map you will find a cross. It is a tombstone. Towards evening, after 6:30pm, the ghost spawns here. It's worth waiting until midnight, as the info varies as to when exactly the ghost spawns. The time window seems to be between 7pm and 12am. For me she spawned around 8pm. You will also hear her humming and singing. Besides, I saw them right on the first try. It was day 32.

Location:

Texas Ranch - Mystery Animal 5
Map: Texas Ranch
Name: Chupacabra
Notes: Photographing the Chupacabra is very easy. He does not disappear from the map, but just runs a few meters away and does not attack. The most important thing is that this animal spawns only from day 66! Before that you will not see him!
UPDATE: The developers seem to have patched this so that chupacabra can now be spotted much earlier!
On day 65 the meadow where he is was still empty. From day 66, there are suddenly two dead cows in this meadow. The Chupacabra just runs around in the area. He was immediately there, after I joined the map at 7:30am. He really couldn't be missed, but he doesn't make any noise from far away. However, he "barks" and growls when you are very, very close. His dark color really makes him stand out from the surroundings throughout the day.
Now about the map. I have marked with the red arrow where it is recommended to patrol. Normally you just walk up and down this path or stop where the arrow is. On your right should be the wooden shed, on your left the dead cows. On the map you can see the dead cows as red diamonds. The blue circle marks the area where he spawned for me.

Location:

Redwoods - Mystery Animal 6
Map: Redwoods
Name: Werwolf
Notes: The most important things first: apparently you can catch the werewolf on the days with the weather conditions sunny-cloudy and sunny. It took me about 7 to 9 days for him to finally spawn. The first few days it was always sunny-cloudy and he didn't appear. On the final day it was sunny for the first time and he appeared. The second the pop-up appeared that it is now evening, the werewolf spawned. So he spawned at exactly 6:30pm. The area circled in blue is where the werewolf normally stays and spawns. However, there is also information where he spawned even at the ambulance. In my case, he spawned right behind me, where I drew the red diamond on the map. It was day 39 for me. I sat on the horse most of the time. Sometimes he also runs towards you when you are sitting on the horse, but always only for a very short time, so that it is no problem at all to avoid him or back away. He will, however, strike if you get too close. In any case, you should have the horse with you. The second he spawned, he also howled.

Some generell info and tips to accomplish the game (and weekly tasks!) with ease
Some general info
You always have 7 days for the weekly tasks. You don't have to complete the tasks on one map or in one day. The tasks range from taking photographs to collecting various mushrooms. As expected, the tasks are very easy at the beginning and increase in difficulty as the game progresses. As far as I know, it is important to complete all tasks in the expected time, so that you get the achievement "Single Season Champion" at the end. I don't know for sure, but I assume that it will be awarded if you complete all the weekly tasks in a single season. A season lasts exactly 100 days. That is 14.2 weeks with 7 days each. This works out exactly with the weekly tasks, since there are 14 of them. So, if you are also keen on the "Single Season Champion" achievement, you should focus on the weekly tasks.

Tips that you should implement from the beginning so that the weekly tasks will no longer be a problem
- Always focus on the weekly tasks if they are not yet done and choose the maps to match them.
- Always have enough flags to mark areas where morels grow (I usually always have about 20 in my inventory).
- Mark each area where you see a cluster of morels growing.
- These spots where the morels grow can be larger than expected. Sometimes they all grow in one spot and 3 meters away another few. So it makes sense to look around in the immediate area. I would recommend about 3-4, sometimes even 5 meters. If more are found there, then you can expand the search again.
- The shoes let you run faster from one place to another.
- Riding a horse while looking for mushrooms is possible, but very difficult and I would advise against it.
- If you pick up Morels in one spot at the very beginning of the day and return to the spot at the end of the day, there is a fairly high chance that a few more Morels will have grown.
- I don't know exactly what it is. But sometimes flags disappear. Maybe it's because it's a problem with the game, or maybe I accidentally collect them while I'm picking mushrooms. In any case, it's good to keep that in mind and not run blindly from flag to flag and miss mushrooms.
- The amount of growing mushrooms is different with each day. That means, even if there are only 2 morels to be found, mark the spot, because the next day there may be 8. And don't worry if there were many the day before and suddenly there are only a few.
- Be thorough. Every mushroom counts.

Weekly Task 1 to 9
Weekly Task 1
Task: Find 25 Morels
Days: 1 to 7
Notes: This should be doable on every map.

Weekly Task 2
Task: Photograph 3 New Animals
Days: 8 to 14
Notes: I actually had quite a bit of trouble with this task, as I was very focused on photography at the beginning and have also been on all the maps already. I had already photographed almost all the animals that I could have photographed at this stage, so I recommend definitely leaving some animals for this task to save yourself the hassle and stress when it comes to the second week.

Weekly Task 3
Task: 40 Chanterelle Mushrooms
Days: 15 to 21
Notes: Chanterelle mushrooms are the bright yellow mushrooms with the wide cap. They are usually easy to see and grow not only frequently, but also in relatively large groups. I have done this task on several maps. As long as you focus on the task, it should not be a problem. Mainly, I was on the Indiana Country Map when I did the task. There are quite a few of the mushrooms growing here, but the meadow on the map also has a lot of dandelions. Dandelions actually make it much harder to see the chanterelle mushrooms.

Weekly Task 4
Task: Photograph a Raccoon
Days: 22 to 28
Notes: Raccoons are native to all maps. There is a chance that they will spawn. However, they may not be there right at the first try.

Weekly Task 5
Task: Find 250 Morels
Days: 29 to 35
Notes: This task is also still easy to do, but it's starting to get a little harder. I have found the Indiana Country Map to be the perfect map for mushroom picking. The field in the middle is perfect for walking in a circle around the field and collecting. You don't miss any marked points and you find a lot of morels. On this map I collect about 120 mushrooms per day.
Here you can see my route that I usually go. In fact, even a flag is missing here, because it is probably gone again. It is right by the tractor south of the field.

Weekly Task 6
Task: Photograph a Fox
Days: 36 to 42
Notes: Foxes are native to all maps. There is a chance that they will spawn. However, they may not be there right at the first try. It took me 4 days to finally find a fox in Indiana Country, even though they were constantly running around on all the maps before. Typical: When you don't need them, they're always there, and when you do, you can't find them.

Weekly Task 7
Task: 20 Puffball Mushrooms
Days: 43 to 49
Notes: I also collected these mushrooms within two days on the Indiana Country Map.

Weekly Task 8
Task: Photograph 10 Animals
Days: 50 to 56
Notes: I mean this one is easy.

Weekly Task 9
Task: Find 400 Morels
Days: 57 to 63
Notes: Look up what i wrote down in Weekly Task 5.
Weekly Tasks 10 to 14
Weekly Task 10
Task: Photograph a Scorpion
Days: 64 to 70
Notes: The Texas Ranch (Southwest Region) Map is the only one where you can find scorpions.

Weekly Task 11
Task: Find 40 Portobello Mushrooms
Days: 71 to 77
Notes: Before this task came, I already tried to mark places with flags where the Portobello spawn. On Indiana Country I had placed about 4 to 5 flags where I had found some before. My experience was that they did not reliably grow back in those places. However, I did sometimes find Portobellos in closer proximity, so maybe within a 20 meter radius. It should also be possible to find these mushrooms on the base map. There the time does not pass and you have infinite time to search for the mushrooms. So there is the possibility to search for the mushrooms on the base map again and again between the days. However, the map is very large and rumor has it that there are only one or two spots where the Portobello grow. They can then be harvested and spawn again only if you were in between on another map. I tried to find some and didn't find any, but also didn't search very thoroughly because it's just very, very time-consuming. Many players search for these mushrooms on the Rocky Mountains Map. It is reported that it is hard to find them during the day and easier when it gets evening, because firstly you miss them less than in daylight and then they probably spawn more. Again, the mushrooms can respawn when time passes on the map, for example, if you find some in the morning and go back to the same spot in the evening. The recommended maps are: Indiana Country (less Portobello, but easier to find), Redwood and Rocky Mountains (more Portobello, but harder to find). Many, many players recommend to search again thoroughly at night. This seems to be very important!
For me, the task went much easier than I expected. I checked the Rocky Mountains Map every day for the Portobellos. In fact, I found many more Porcini than Portobello (a little preview of task 13). I can confirm the tip with the easier, nightly search. But you have to keep in mind that the game forces you to leave the map at 5am at the latest. If you can't see enough, then simply set the gamma value in the setting high, but not too high, otherwise the mushrooms will be harder to see again. It only took me 3 days to find almost all the portobellos. On the 4th day it took only about 4 mushrooms.
I don't really think this will help much, but you can see my markings on the map below. Purple flags symbolize places where Porcini are spawned. Green flags simply symbolize Morels. And brown flags symbolize places where Portobello are spawned. I never found any mushrooms in the area circled in red. Only once a few Puffball mushrooms.

Weekly Task 12
Task: Photograph a Mountain Lion
Days: 78 to 84
Notes: Mountain Lions can be found on the Maps Rocky Mountains (Rocky Mountain Region) and apparently also on the Texas Ranch (Southwest Region).

Weekly Task 13
Task: Find 40 Porcini
Days: 85 to 91
Notes: The same is really true for the Porcini as for the Portobello. Just look at the notes for the weekly task 11. On the map there are also the Porcini spawns marked with purple flags. However, Portobello and Porcini generally do not spawn reliably in the same places. However, sometimes they do.
For me, it went like this:
The first day went rather badly. I was on Rocky Mountains. I just managed to find 10 porcini, which is not a bad number for one day, but it was close and very tedious. The second day I searched the same map and found an incredible 28 porcinis. I don't really know if it makes a difference, but it was raining that day.

Weekly Task 14
Task: Photograph Bald Eagle
Days: 92 to 98
Notes: The Bald Eagle spawns on the Maps Redwood (Pacific Region), Northern Lake (Northeast Region) and Georgia Woods (Southeast Region).
Where to find all golden Morals
For the locations of the golden morels, check out this guide. You can go to the exact locations marked on the maps and you will find all the golden morels in the near surroundings. If you still have problems finding them, just listen carefully. The mushrooms will make a low buzzing sound when you are near them. They are also about twice the size of ordinary morels.

Where to find all the dinosaur bones
The dinosaur bones are all scattered around the property, which also houses the large world map, the store, and trophy room. Go in the direction of the store, then turn right outside. Here you can find all the bones. Use this guide, which will show you exactly where you can find the bones, just like with the golden morels.

Thanks for the responce! I already found it. I didn't mark the day, but it was rainy and it was around 11pm.

Also, regarding weekly tasks 5 and 9, I easily did it in Redwood (Pacific Region) by getting 300+ morels in one run of the map (Daily Record - 324). I guess if I was a little more attentive and interested, it would be possible to do all 400 in one run

Unfortunately, I can't tell you much about it. I wouldn't try it in rainy weather, as its appearance has a lot to do with the sky and the UFO. I would rather use that as a guide. Since some Mystery Animals only start spawning when you are further along in the game (high number of days played), could it be that you simply haven't played far enough? I photographed the alien on day 41.

Thanks for the guide! Any ideas what time does the alien usually appear? And would rainy weather be suitable to catch him?

You can add to your guide that Weekly tasks 4 and 6 are easily done in the main (base) area. I went there 4 times and every time I saw a fox, mostly in the north. When Weekly task 6 just began I went outside and a fox was standing still right at the door waiting to be photographed :icefox:
It’s quite easy to find a raccoon in the main area too. I also saw a deer and a black bear there.
I think this info will be helpful to other players and save them a lot of time on completing the tasks.

If this is about the location of the crab, here again: I mean above the lake, i.e. north of the lake in Northern Lake. In other words, above the first round extension of the lake, if you want to see the lake as two separate lakes with a small aisle. So I meant directly above the left lake (the one with the footbridge) between the shore and the map boundary, i.e. the stone wall in the far north of the map, directly above the lake.
A crab often spawns on this small strip of land.
Ithesa  [author] 24 Apr, 2024 @ 8:26am
Also, and as already mentioned, there is a very high chance that if you couldn't find the animals, they simply haven't spawned in your game yet because of the few days you've been playing.
To summarize: Looking for these "locations" (which don't really exist) and posting them here would be no help to anyone and a complete waste of my time.
Ithesa  [author] 24 Apr, 2024 @ 8:26am
I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I don't see myself in a position to be "paid" in any way, shape or form. I am not writing this guide to earn any Steam points, but to help other players as much as I can and for the fun of it.
Furthermore, I don't currently have the game installed and already played for an hour specifically for the screenshots you requested for the bracelet (where I happened to notice the crab, which is why I was able to give you this information in the first place). Since I have already played the game 100% and have spent enough hours within the game, I can ASSURE you that it makes no sense to look or try to pin point for any locations of the animals, as they -as already mentioned- do not always spawn in the same place.
Ithesa  [author] 24 Apr, 2024 @ 6:05am
In most cases, there are no real fixed locations for the animals. It's also been over half a year since I played the game, so I can no longer say off the top of my head where which animals are located or on which day exactly they start spawning. What I can say with certainty, however, is that not all animals spawn on day 21 because it's still too early in the game.
Ithesa  [author] 23 Apr, 2024 @ 11:07am
Unfortunately, I don't know exactly what day you are on, but there are also many animals with a "higher rank", i.e. those that earn more points when photographed (such as bears etc.) and these do not yet spawn at the start of the game. Sometimes you have to play until day ~60-70 for certain animal species to start spawning.
It is therefore reasonable to assume that these animals may simply not spawn for you yet.
Ithesa  [author] 23 Apr, 2024 @ 3:24am
There is a very common crab that moves inshore, north of the first area of the lake in Northern Lake. So in the small area with the few trees and bushes between the stone wall and the lake. It is quite fast and agile and sometimes a bit hard to find among all the bushes.
The red eyed fish is also in the lake at Northern Lake. Unfortunately, I can't say much more about this. It is probably rather difficult to find and some people recommend using a headlamp to find it.
