Sankese Cosplay Spawn Options

I felt the spawn rate of the original mod was far too high, it was like running around in a post apocalyptic anime convention.

The spawn rate has been given three choices: 1%/10%/100%

Please choose only one (1) mod ID when using on server. Please enable only one (1) option when using in single player.

***IMPORTANT***
Only this mod required to be enabled. Having both this and original sankese cosplay mod will cause inconsistencies.

This was originally created to be used on my personal dedicated server.

Tested working in SP/MP.

Costumes can also be crafted in the "Sankese" tab of the crafting menu.
