use only on RETAIL version of the game (retail DVD release with akella patches or use the OLD STEAM version.
NOT GOG UPDATE VERSION

It's all broken.......

what should do to make it work and not get an annoying error(((

you need to download this practically modified file to fix it (original author SpectralPlatypus) Server[drive.google.com] or Bin[drive.google.com] (I changed it a little to make some console commands work)))
to make it work, upload the file to this path (\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Postal III\p3\bin)

you can use p3 angel to have Multiplayer

and the game has increased in size due to translation and not removed garbage

Yea when I wanted to updated it, it didn't work, the game crashed on startup, but it still works in the disk and pirate versions of the old version of the game
