Description
This is an updated version of specialelk51288's mod "Human Diaspora"

Features:
- All default empires, advanced empires, fallen empires, marauder empires, and primitive civilizations as well as enclaves and caravaneers will be Human.

- All Humans will belong to the same species, but will have their own planet preferences and traits. Please see the Human Atrocity mod if you want this feature as a standalone.

- Purging/Enslaving other Human subspecies is allowed. Please see the Purge/Enslave Your Own Subspecies mod if you want this feature as a standalone.

- Compatible with the UNE & CoM empires that come with the base game.

There's been a few changes

There is now three traits.

Human Variant: Humans that appear alien but are actually genetically altered (use this if you want the AI to have a non-Human portrait but still have the species show up as a Human subspecies).

Human Cousin: Same thing as a human variant but with a different description.

Human Alien: RP trait, doesn't turn the race into a human subspecies but the empire won't be removed at the start of the game.

Notes:
--Necrophage has a big chance of not spawning any primitive neighbors
--Payback/Broken Shackles/Imperial Fiefdom/hegemon/common ground origins work and use humans

I have seen the need of a second "Xenos" Traits for machine empire you want to save from the purge During the G401 game. Do you think it possible to make a stand alone with the human cousin traits and Xenos traits. Just that ( It s a genial solution to the problem we face with multiple species/portraits / origin and too many species in end game ) ?

Great mod! Update please!

Этот отличный мод помогает мне отыгрывать сценарии распада человеческой империи. Это позволяет реализовывать концепты миров фантастов Золотого века американской НФ. Например, благодаря моду можно отыграть как "Академию" Азимова, так и миры после крушения Земной империи из произведений Г. Гаррисона. К сжалению мод работает не очень корректно вплане имён. Рпдшие империи и мародеры получают не очень благозвучные названия, приходится править вручную, хотелось бы этого избежать.

A great mod, thanks for this!

Have you considered expanding the options for what gets turned into a Human faction? Rather than the choices presented now you could just have a list of each (Empire, Fallen Empire, Primitive, Marauder etc) with each having a Yes/No toggle.

comment on disccord : i try human diaspora and it s hard to use with others mods but one you get it right OH MY GOD

it s working with shroud wait the tag switch to launch the shroud by event.
no matter the list order just wait day 3 to do it.

@Brosift11, that seems to be result of merging all the humans into the same species. (Aliens work fine) Perhaps it is possible create a solution, but that is beyond my capabilities atm.

I think this mod is forcing a change of my leader design at the start of the game. Their traits and name aren't changed, but the phenotype, hair, and clothes are always randomized. Only tested this with the new human portraits though. Still love the mod <3

Added the Xeno Trait
Shroud Rising seems to work fine if you do this in the beginning of the game in the console.

I have no idea why the event doesn't trigger itself at the beginning of the game.
