杭州市民中心位於杭州錢江新城核心區，佔地超過17萬平米，建築面積超過36萬平米，是杭州市人民政府的辦公和會議中心，是具有中央商務區功能的新商務中心(CBD)。市民中心以「天圓地方、廣宇六合」為立意，與附近的文化中心 - 杭州大劇院形成了「天地日月」的格局。市民中心是杭州建築的制高點和地標工程。
