To begin, go to Play and click Offline with bots. Then choose a map from the Competitive or Casual game mode tab. The other game modes won't work.

To enable the console, Go to Options >> Game Settings >> Find Enable Developer Console (`), Click on the ">". Now that the console is enabled, to open it Hit ` (under the Esc key).

By enabling this command you'll be able to activate some of the commands below. Open the Console an type in sv_cheats 1. Then hit Enter.

Some of the commands need a game restart to be enabled. Type mp_restartgame 1 to restart it. (This is not going to restart CS:GO nor your PC, it's going to restart the game mode you're playing on.). To end the Warm Up, type mp_warmup_end in the console. (If you enter a command correctly and nothing happens, you will have to restart the game).

To enable one hour roundtime, type mp_roundtime_defuse 60 in the console, if you're playing on a Bomb defuse map (e.g. Dust 2). If you're playing on a Hostage rescue map (e.g. Office), type mp_roundtime_hostage 60 in the console.

To be able to to buy everywhere on the map and have infinte money, type mp_startmoney 60000 in the console. Next, enter mp_buy_anywhere 1. Finally, enter mp_buytime 9999.

You don't want to die every time you fail a grenade throw, do you? To enable Infinte HP, type god in the console.

To have infinite ammo (including grenades), type 'sv_infinite_ammo 1 in the console.

To have every grenade you can buy, type ammo_grenade_limit_total 5 in the console.

To be able to fly, type noclip in the console and hit Enter. You can also bind it, so it's easier for you to turn it on & off. To do so, type bind \ "noclip" in the console. After you'd done that, when you press \, you're going to turn it on & off. (You can bind it to any key, just paste the command and change the '' \ '' with any key of your keyboard).

By enabling this command, you'll see a red dot where the grenade bounced or where the bullet dealed damage. Type sv_showimpacts 1 in the console to enable it.

By enabling this command, you'll be able to see the grenade trajectory. To enable it type
sv_grenade_trajectory 1 in the console. Type sv_grenade_trajectory_time 10 to make it disappear after 10 seconds.
