A small ACTUAL mod, my first :D.

It adds some cybernetic things like an augmented human, a crazy powerful sniper, an android with a deep past, a machete, a questionable railgun, and finally, a bloody machete with blood from h i m>

Also, some conflictions are: Cloddy Mod. (submitted by kaezyrmichael), and no other known conflictions.
Please let us know if there is any more conflictions.
