Re-upload of DkPepper's charged shot bolt action rifle, ported to 1.4 and 1.5 since it's been too long.
Because of Rimworld and CE updates altogether, I've removed the Combat Extended patch since it's outdated by now.

While looking through the gun's files I also discovered the unreleased Charge Lewis Machinegun, so I've decided to make sure it works and let it exist. It has a burst count of 6 and a damage stat of 13 per shot.

As a compromise for removing the CE patch, I've opted to add support for the following mods:
Muzzle Flash
Real Charged Shots
Modded Weapon Sound Replacement
