No shipyard Juggernauts 4.0

Description
Simple as, removes all shipyards from the juggernaut, you cannot queue ships there either, this means they will no longer interfere with you mass producing fleets but retain their aura and their repair capabilities. Enjoy!

Updated to 4.0, now works on both mechanical and bioship juggernauts. Juggernauts were changed in vanilla to have 6 shipyard slots, I might toy around with somehow making a toggle for them if I have time.

If the shipyard slots on Juggernauts could just not be used by the Fleet production queue, that would solve 90% of my problems with them.

Heck, if you could toggle the production queue to not pull from shipyards more than X number of lanes away, that would be nice!

They just need to be orbiting the juggernaut, its repair functions identically to vanilla.

It actually doesn't! The way its written has seperated both of them, it still can repair ships on the go at the same rate as vanilla. It simply cannot build any more ships!

I assume this also disables the ability to repair fleets? Still worth it though..

This only removes the shipyards from juggs, it does not add anything

Is this just removes shipyards, or adding some weapon slots as well?
