Have you ever found SAIL boring? Maybe you wanted a more sassy and somewhat less friendly companion. Introducing NYE, Never-Yeilding Exploration- he isn't an AI, per sae, but he sure will give you some snark and bully you a bit.
Just don't tell him what "tsundere" means unless you want to hear dramatic insistance on why he isn't and you're awful for ever daring to suggest such.

This is a custom SAIL mod that's meant to go with my Mechit Race, but works with any vanilla race!
If you only want the images, try the SAILchip patch.
This mod completely overwrites the vanilla SAIL dialogue and does include cursing.

@Ze, most likely, that's mainly a visual change, and a rather simple one at that. If you're looking for permission, though, go right ahead! I don't mind.

I was wondering if there would be a way for me to change it so N.Y.E is different colours for the different races? Regardless of answer I love this mod so much keep up the good work!

@Taffy Stars Nope- this mod replaces dialogue and has custom animation, it isn't only cosmetic.

@Slaaneshi Oryzhnik yep!! i think i may have missed ONE line of vanilla sail dialogue that i need to re-sniff out, but this changes mission text, initial wake-up text, tutorial text, ect. the other characters remain unchanged, its just a replacement of SAIL dialogue- i personally didnt play with AVIAN too much, but something kinda like that!

i dont play frackin universe and to be frank after seeing the eld'uukhar after knowing the kazdra i dont think i want to stick my nose any farther into that. thank you!

this changes dialogue, same as avian, as well as changing the way that radio messages animate. doing so will break every radio message from SAIL.

if YOU want to make those edits be my guest and good luck but i aint. im happy w how it is.

oh, and, emmm, it changes the main questline's SAIL phrases, item/placeables/block phrases, ect, right?
i wanna know, what is actually changed, what are replaced? U no need to tell all of this stuff, just, like, MQ speech, item first-collect and like that
