Description
What this mod does...
...It retextures and/or reconfigures vehicles from the Global Mobilization - Cold War Germany cDLC and adds them to various factions from other DLCs, mods and vanilla Arma3.

You might be wondering...
  • ...which vehicles? See the change notes.
  • ...what factions? See the change notes and the list of companion mods below.
  • ...what are the dependencies? Only the Global Mobilization cDLC. Its Global Mobilization - Cold War Germany: Compatibility Data for Non-Owners will also work, but subject to the limitations listed/linked at that page.
  • ...aren't those companion mods and other cDLCs dependencies too? No. If you load them, additional content gets added to their factions, but they are 100% optional.

Initial release (September 2023)...
This is a stand-alone port of every asset from the Global Mobilization cDLC previously modded in my DCX Cold War Crossover mod

Recommended companion mods...
Rather than config my own factions I've made the following mods a "soft dependency". Load them with my mod in order to have my extra faction-specific content appear in Eden/Zeus for any/all of the following...

I'm fairly certain I know what is causing this and will apply a fix to the DCX_VN mod (and others) in the coming weeks.

Thanks Frosted Flake. I'm already chasing the following pilot-related error, which is due to config lines in DCX_VN when DCX_GM is also present in the mod set...
"Error: File dmo_dcx_vn\_characters.hpp, line 7: '/CfgVehicles/dcx_tak_jetpilot.ID_TAK_JETPILOT': ";" encountered instead of '='"
...Same error message?

Lulu56 - I've added your suggestion to my to-do list, which is already too full to manage :) It will also hinge on Fingolfin's approval which I'll seek if/when I get around to it (I always like to get the mod creator's go-ahead before doing my thing, even though it's functionally the same as making their mod a dependency).

@dmorchard I realized that the previous work of many people is what made this game and this community wonderful. I'm trying to update the magnificent Fingolfin faction "Altis armed forces 2017", for the awesome Antitasi of Barbolani, Socrates and the people of Antistasi Ultimate. It would be good for this, to have a complete faction of Altis forces including elements from GM and SOG, such as the t55, Mi-2, SA75, ZPU4, LTA 4, etc... So here is my humble (and long) ask. I appreciate your work, it's really wonderful.
