Flawless Lite (WOTC)

This is a config edit of krj12's Flawless that lowers the amount of free resources and items you get from completing a mission without wounds or casualties. The bonus reward amount for resources is now about the same as a small hack reward.

Loot table changes: (Original values in parenthesis)

Supplies: 20 - 30 (40 - 100)
Intel: 15 - 25 (40 - 100)
Elerium Crystals: 5 - 15 (10 - 30)
Elerium Cores: 1 - 2 (1 - 3)
Alloys: 10 - 20 (10 - 30)

The chance to receive normal and advanced weapon upgrades and PCS chips is unchanged.
Grenades, utility items, vests, and superior weapon upgrades and PCS chips are no longer obtainable through flawless bonuses.

These changes were made with higher difficulties and overhaul mods like Covert Infiltration in mind, where resources are more scarce and have to be spent wisely. No longer will you receive half of your monthly income or a new item you haven't researched yet just for breezing through yet another Lost horde mission with your B team. The rewards are now just a small addon to the mission's original reward, rather than being bigger than the award itself in some cases.
