It's literally broken.

That perk is so unbelievably broken and probably is going to get nerfed soon.

Also, you can always complement the perk with more dodge-oriented skills, but honestly, you can beat it alone with Fancy Footwork.

nah the perk 2 heal for every 2 dodges and the perk to make healing 2x is easy mode
