Hotbar Swap While Weapon in Use

Description
This feature will be implemented by tML itself on October 1st. There is (probably) no need to use this mod in the future

Allows you to swap hotbar via keybind, even if you are holding attack key to use an item with auto swing feature enabled.
This is very useful for quick whip-swapping to stack whip buffs.
This is a feature in the vanilla game, but tModLoader has removed it. So I made a mod to bring it back.

If you try to use the auto tool swap while mining while you have torches in your inventory it swaps your pickaxe for a torch the sub-second it's done. Same for glowsticks if your cursor isn't directly on an in-range block.
